All of our locations have staff that are skilled at working with children, as young as age 4. We have specially designed programming that uses more visual and interactive techniques to teach children to learn.
The kids will often be exposed to local children in controlled environments and by doing so, be more motivated to learn. The cost listed below is an hourly rate. If your child does the Semi-Intensive or Intensive Program, the price is the same as the adult program, which is less than the hourly rate. If mom and/or dad will be doing classes at the same time, ask about discounted rates for the kids.
I arranged my classes and homestay in Nicaragua through NSLS Schools. I was very happy with the trip and the schools that i attended in San Juan Del Sur and Managua. This group did a great job setting things up for me. I wholeheartedly recommend their programs.
I took a trip to Nicaragua to do a Spanish-immersion program. While looking for the right school on the internet, I found Nicaraguaspanishschool.org. I wanted to take classes in two locations. They helped me set everything up. They picked me up at the airport, took me to my first week at Viva Spanish School in Managua, arranged my homestay there, and set up all of my classes. Then they arranged for my second week at their school in Esteli. They really did all of the background work for me and the price was much lower than the schools that I was investigating in Mexico and Costa Rica. I told the Director that I would gladly write a recommendation for them and here it is! Feel free to drop me an email if you have any questions at terryott1958@aol.com
